Uganda Shoe Give Trips

Wash feet, give shoes and make connections that will last a lifetime!

Uganda Shoe Give

Uganda Shoe Give 〰️

World-wide there are 1.2 Billion children with inadequate shoes. This is defined as too small, too large, unsafe, or no longer usable. As a humanitarian shoe organization, we want to see this changed. While in Uganda, our goal is to wash the feet of children and provide each with a properly fitted 360Mox pair of shoes. Having an adequate and properly fitted pair of shoes can change the life of a child when their education is at risk.

We make the washing and providing of shoes a priority. A human touch can provide hope for the future!

You will receive a lot of communication from us after you register but we also want to make sure we address the stuff that we do not do while on a My360Project trip. We ask that you remember we are here to be a servant to those in Uganda. We want them to feel loved, not used. We are not providing you a vacation but we are providing you with a mission experience. You will want to be mindful of your leader’s instructions; they are leading for a reason. We ask that you do not wander the streets of the area where you are staying. While lodgings are safe, keep in mind that you are a foreigner and in their eyes, you have a much needed resource of money. This can make you a target.

Our Ugandan trip is all inclusive, meaning you won’t need to bring cash for anything unless you want to buy souvenirs while in-country. You will pay *$2800 to cover all your mission fees (includes your deposit). You will do this by having shoes sponsored. Each pair is $35 and you’ll need to sponsor 80 pairs to go to Uganda. This does not include your flight to and from Entebbe, Uganda so keep this in mind as you fundraise and plan.

These are non-negotiable fees. Here is what is covered:

  • Lodging (including your bedding and towels)

  • All your food while in Uganda (During travel, you’ll need to make your own accommodations.)

  • All in-country transportation

  • Visas
(If you purchase goods while in-country, you are responsible for your own customs fees for those items.)

  • Faith Ventures travel insurance (for emergency use only)

  • Visiting and partnering with local organizations and churches

  • 80 pairs of My360 Mox (shoes) and socks to provide to the local children
(*Shoes not hand delivered on your trip, remain with My360 and will go towards future trips.)

This does not include:
Flights to and from home to Entebbe, UG
Shots required to travel internationally - Yellow Fever Vaccination is required by Uganda.
Malaria medications
(Please visit the CDC website for international travel vaccinations.)
Passport

. To reserve your spot, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. All donations are non-refundable *(see deposit and refund policy).

This deposit isn’t just a reservation fee — it immediately goes to work. My360Project artisans hand-build every shoe, and your deposit helps us begin purchasing materials, scheduling production, and putting shoes into motion right away.

Because shoe production starts as soon as a spot is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. It ensures that even if plans change, shoes are still being built, artisans are still employed, and children are still served.

Your deposit becomes part of the impact from day one.

  • My360Project is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All contributions made to My360Project are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law and are considered irrevocable gifts once received.

At My360Project, we are dedicated to transparency, responsible stewardship, and maximizing the impact of every contribution toward our mission of bringing dignity, purpose, and opportunity to communities in need. To align with best practices for nonprofits and IRS guidelines, we have updated our reimbursement and refund policy effective January 1, 2026.

Key Principle: All Transactions Are Non-Refundable All payments made to My360Project, including deposits, donations, trip sponsorships, and any other contributions, are considered final and non-refundable. This includes funds raised through fundraising efforts, shoe sponsorships, or direct gifts. Once received, these funds are allocated to support our programs, such as shoe production, distribution, artisan empowerment, and mission trips.

Why This Policy? The IRS discourages nonprofits from issuing refunds on donations to prevent potential fraud, abuse, or misuse of tax-deductible contributions. Refunds could undermine the charitable intent of gifts and complicate tax reporting for both donors and the organization. By treating all transactions as non-refundable, we ensure compliance, maintain trust, and direct every dollar efficiently toward life-changing work in places like Mexico and Uganda. This approach also protects our supporters by upholding the integrity of their tax-deductible donations.

Thank you for your partnership in making a 360-degree impact. Your support enables us to empower artisans, protect children's feet, and disrupt poverty sustainably.
